Protein Snack Recipes
Protein Banana Bread:
2 ripe bananas
2 egg whites (or one whole egg)
3/4 cup almond milk
1 T vanilla extract
2 scoops protein powder (any flavor)
3 T flour
1 T cinnamon or pumpkin spice
1/4 tsp. baking soda or powder
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes. Let cool about a half hour before serving.
Protein Oat Balls:
1 cup oats
1/2 cup organic peanut butter
1/3 cup honey or blue agave
1/3 cup crushed flax seed
1/4 cup mini choc. chips
1 scoop protein powder
Roll into balls and put into the refrigerator until cold for at least 24 hours.
