In this video I will be sharing with you my 3 favorite types of squats and explaining why a variety of squats and exercises is important in growing your glute muscles.
The three different types of squats I will show you are:
1) Back Squat
2) Landmine squat
3) Hexagon Squat
These are my three favorite squat movements because while you are consistently performing the "squat" movement you are either "pushing" the weight (the back squat and landline squat) or you are changing it up with the hexagon squat by "pulling" the weight.
I give you a quick description on why you should make sure you change up your squat and other workout routines, but comment below if you would like to see a full video explaining why a variety is key!
